Naz Hossain
Naz Hossain is a dynamic co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of 2H Homes, with a proven track record in operations, finance, and development. His acute attention to detail, combined with a strong background in mechanical engineering, has been instrumental in driving the success of the company. Naz has garnered extensive experience in the oil & gas and aerospace industries, providing him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise to draw from.
As an accomplished entrepreneur, Naz has been involved in the launch and development of several successful startups, displaying his versatility and ability to adapt to different industries. His multinational background, having lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, Bangladesh, and the United States, has given him a unique perspective and a deep understanding of cultural diversity. Naz’s open-minded approach to problem-solving and team management has been critical in driving the company’s growth and success. He believes in fostering a collaborative work environment, where every member feels valued and supported, and where diverse ideas and perspectives are encouraged.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Naz is a passionate world traveler, an avid snowboarder, and a car enthusiast. Alice Huang
Alice Huang is an accomplished co-founder and CEO of 2H Homes, with a keen focus on strategies, design, marketing, and sales. As a second-generation real estate developer, Alice has amassed over 15 years of experience across four continents, and has a proven track record of driving sales and growth through creative strategies. She is also a highly sought-after consultant in the real estate, cryptocurrency, SaaS, and digital marketing spaces, where she leverages her expertise to help other businesses succeed.
Alice’s natural curiosity and adaptability have been key to her success, having lived in eight countries and being a top performer in every one. Her ability to assimilate quickly to new environments and cultures has given her a unique perspective, which she brings to bear in her work.
As a leader, Alice is passionate about developing and motivating her team through a growth mindset and the multiplier method, encouraging them to reach their full potential. Her dedication to empowering others extends beyond the workplace, as she is an avid volunteer in local charities in every country she has lived in.
Alice is also a devoted practitioner of Muay Thai, having trained in over 30 gyms around the world. Her commitment to personal growth and physical fitness is emblematic of her approach to life and work – one that is driven, disciplined, and focused on achieving success. Project Manager
Emiliana Nespeca is the PM at 2H Investment. With a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Córdoba and four years of experience in the real estate sector, she specializes in process optimization, workflow management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless execution of projects and operational efficiency. Her ability to streamline processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee projects ensures seamless operations and goal achievement. Passionate about continuous improvement, Emiliana thrives in dynamic environments where organization, problem-solving, and adaptability are key.
