How to Rent One of Our Homes.
No algorithm decides. We read your whole story, and you find out where you stand before you spend a dollar on application fees.
The whole process has three steps. First, call, text, or send the contact form and tell us what you are looking for. Second, tour the home. We will be there, and we will answer every question straight, including every cost. Third, if it feels right on both sides, we send you the official application through Avail, the secure platform every 2H lease runs on. You never pay an application fee just to find out you never had a chance.
How We Screen
We look at the whole picture, not a number.
Your Credit Story, Not Just a Score.
A score dented by a divorce or medical bills does not disqualify you. We read your history for what it actually shows: do you handle your obligations responsibly?
Income That Fits the Home.
Three times the rent is our general guideline, but the real question is simpler. After rent is paid, can you live comfortably? We judge the budget, not just the multiple.
Steady Income, Verified.
Pay stubs, bank statements, or an offer letter. We also ask about end dates, because a lease should not outlive the paycheck that supports it.
A Word From Your Last Landlord.
A quick reference. The question that matters most: would they rent to you again? If your application is close but not quite there, a co-signer can bridge the gap. Just ask.
